Our Mission

The mission of the Club shall be to collaborate with other community organizations to:

  • Stimulate the love for, and knowledge of, gardening;

  • Promote the protection of natural resources, including plants and wildlife, and foster respect for the ecology of our environment; and

  • Beautify the roadsides and other public places in Brewster.

What We Do

Our club is proud of its long tradition of community service. Our many contributions to Brewster and its residents include:

  • Making and hanging over 60 swags and wreaths to decorate historic Main Street and town buildings for the holidays

  • Giving an annual Beautification Award to a high visibility business or residence

  • In collaboration with the Brewster Conservation Trust, awarding an annual Scholarship to a Brewster student

  • Awarding a ‘Toolship’ to a Brewster student entering a horticulturally related trade
